What does the WAItag actually do?
It stores your pet’s vital information on a secure NFC chip. If they’re found, a quick scan instantly brings up your chosen contact details. No vet visit needed to check a microchip. They come straight home.
Can anybody access the data?
No. Only someone physically scanning your pet’s WAItag can see the info you choose to share. Nothing is stored online publicly.
After locking, can i change the data?
Yes. During your order, you’ll set a private code. The tag is locked, and only someone with that code can update it through our companion app. After changes, it re-locks automatically to protect your data.
How long does the battery last?
Forever. WAItag is powered by NFC — no charging, no batteries, no maintenance. Your info will last for years without any upkeep.
